Les Madeleines is happy to present several spring cooking classes. Owner and chef, Romina Rasmussen – Salt Lake Magazine’s 2007 Dining Award Winner, will teach the classes.

Saturday classes: 3:00pm – 5:15pm
Tuesday classes: 6:30-8:45pm
Cost: $50 per student.

June 21st – TARTS AND GALETTES – Both sweet and savory options of tarts and galettes will be taught – don’t know the difference between the two – Let Romina show you the way! Both pastries are a wonderful way to use up seasonal fruits and veggies. Impress your friends and neighbors with your Glorious Galettes!
