Les Madeleines is happy to present several spring cooking classes. Owner and chef, Romina Rasmussen – Salt Lake Magazine’s 2007 Dining Award Winner, will teach the classes. Classes make a great gift or client apprecation event. Children over 12 are welcome to attend.
Saturday classes: 4:15pm – 6:45pm
Monday classes: 6:30-8:45pm
Cost: $50 per adult student. Children 12-18 $35.

Monday, June 23 -- SUMMER TARTS- Summer is packed with fresh fruits. We'll learn how make them into fabulous tarts great for picnics and patio dining. We'll make flaky crust, a double crust and a galette (free-form) crust all from the same dough. Menu: strawberry tart with a pastry cream filling (custard), plum galette, and a double crust cherry tart. Sign up online!
